The website is operated by Public Organization “Ukrainian Open League of MMA Real Fight Promotion”, registration number 40005566, Ukraine (“RFP”, “we” or “us”).

Data we may process
This site has no account system, newsletter or contact form. When you visit, the web server may create technical logs containing an IP address, requested address, date and time, browser or device information, referrer and security-related events.
When you contact RFP by email, we process the address, name and any information you choose to include in the message and attachments.
If you consent to website analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page views, interaction events, approximate location, referrer, browser, device and operating-system information, and first-party identifiers used to distinguish visits. RFP does not send names, email addresses or account identifiers to Analytics.
Purposes and legal grounds
Technical information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, diagnose errors and protect the service from abuse. Correspondence is used to answer enquiries, discuss requested cooperation and retain necessary business records.
Optional analytics is used to understand audience size, popular pages and general use of the website so RFP can improve its content and performance. It is based on your consent and remains disabled until you make an affirmative choice.
Depending on the context and applicable law, other processing is based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, taking steps requested before a possible agreement, performing an agreement or meeting legal obligations.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Server-log periods depend on operational and security needs and the hosting configuration. Correspondence may be retained while an enquiry or cooperation is active and afterwards where needed for records, legal obligations or claims.
The necessary RFP consent cookie and optional Google Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days. In the RFP Google Analytics property, event data is currently retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months, with the user-data period reset after new activity. These property settings were verified on 22 August 2026; aggregated reporting may be kept for longer where it no longer identifies a particular browser or visit.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the law that applies to your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability where available, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent disables Analytics for future page loads and removes accessible RFP analytics cookies from the browser.
To make another privacy request, email RFP and describe the information or interaction concerned. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity before responding.
Security and updates
RFP uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the site, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version is dated 22 August 2026.
