From the early trailblazers to modern champions and visionary contributors, these figures have left an enduring legacy of excellence, innovation, and leadership within RFP and the global MMA community.

Nicknamed “Gladiator,” Sergey Sokha was a key figure in the early development of MMA in Ukraine. During his 8-year professional career, he fought in 24 bouts, achieving a record of 9-15 (5-0 – RFP). Sokha was a finalist in both the Ukrainian Pankration Championship and Cup, and a prize-winner at the Wushu Sanda World Cup. He is also the founder and head of the “Gladiator” club in Dubno (Ukraine) and has served as a referee for RFP events. Notably, Sergey Sokha competed in all his professional fights as a member of the RFP team.

Known as “Mongoose”, Igor Grytskiv played a key role in the development of MMA in Ukraine. During his 4-year professional career, Grytskiv played 10 games with a 7-3 record (1-0 – RFP). He won awards at the Pankration Championship and Cup of Ukraine, and in 2009, as part of the RFP team, he became a finalist of the first MMA Club Championship of Ukraine “M-1 Selection Ukraine 2009”. In the same year, Igor Grytskiv received the award as a fighter “Opening of the Year”. Grytskiv spent his entire professional career as part of the RFP team.

Ukrainian MMA veteran Sergey Guzev played a key role in the development of sports in Ukraine. He began his professional career at the RFP events, and in 2009, as part of the RFP team, he became a finalist of the first MMA MMA Club Championship of Ukraine “M-1 Selection Ukraine 2009”. In 2015 and 2016, Guzev also twice became the RFP champion in the weight up to 93 kg. He was a multiple champion of Ukraine, Europe and the world in pankration. During his 13-year career, Guzev played 24 games, boasting a record of 20-4 (5-0 – RFP).

Ukrainian MMA veteran. Igor Kukurudziak began his professional journey with RFP, competing in 18 professional fights over 9 years. He earned a record of 9-9 (4-0 – RFP) and achieved notable success as the Ukrainian free-fight champion, finalist in the Cup of Ukraine in pankration, and European kickboxing champion. Kukurudziak dedicated almost his entire career to representing the RFP team, becoming a significant figure in the league’s history.

Taras Gryckiv competed in 15 RFP events, earning the title of RFP Vice-Champion in the 57 kg division and the 2017 MMA Bushido Series Champion in the 61 kg category. Over his 8-year career, he fought 27fights, achieving a record of 19-8. Additionally, he won the CWM MMA Chin Woo Men: 2016-2017 Season Final in China. Gryckiv was a title contender in organizations such as Vendetta Fight Nights and Gorilla FC, and is a champion of Ukraine and Europe in free-fight.

Nikolay Kondratyuk is the RFP Vice-Champion in the 61 kg division. Over his 6-year career, he fought 24 fights, earning a record of 15-9, with 16 of those bouts taking place at RFP events. He has also participated in numerous international MMA events and was a finalist in the Ukrainian Championships in MMA and Combat Sambo.

Alexey Oleinik participated in 14 RFP events, earning the title of RFP Vice-Champion in the 70 kg division. Over his 11-year career, he fought 50 fights, achieving a record of 28-22. In addition to his RFP achievements, he has been the Ukrainian Champion in Combat Sambo, the European Champion in Goju-Ryu Karate, the World Champion in Pankration, and the UWW Masters World Champion in Grappling.

Andrey Khokhlov was an RFP Champion in both the 61 kg and 66 kg divisions. Over his 7-year career, he fought 26 fights, earning a professional record of 12-8 and an amateur record of 4-2, with 16 of those bouts taking place at RFP events. He was also a prizewinner at multiple Ukrainian Championships in MMA and Combat Sambo.

Richie Smullen is a two-time RFP Champion in the 66 kg and 70 kg divisions. Beginning his MMA career in 2013, Smullen has fought 36 fights, earning a professional record of 13-3-1 and an amateur record of 7-2. He competed three times at RFP events and has also fought in the UFC’s “The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale” and Bellator MMA. In addition to his MMA success, Smullen was the European Grappling Champion.

Businessman, public figure, and decorated war hero, Ihor Savriy has played a vital role in shaping the future of Real Fight Promotion (RFP) and Ukraine’s mixed martial arts (MMA) scene. Awarded the prestigious “People’s Hero of Ukraine” order for his participation in Ukraine’s War of Independence, Ihor has been a steadfast supporter of RFP since 2016. His contributions extend far beyond financial backing; through his leadership and resourcefulness, he has actively helped fuel the League’s growth and success. Ihor’s commitment to the development of MMA in Ukraine has left an indelible mark on the sport and its community.

Founder and CEO of Art Casting Brass, a renowned company specializing in the creation of high-quality, custom bronze pieces for interiors and décor, Since 2015, Serhiy Bredenko has been a long-term partner of RFP, crafting all the League’s awards and souvenirs, which are an integral part of RFP’s image. Through his artistry and commitment, Serhiy has played a vital role in shaping RFP’s image, creating unique pieces that symbolize the excellence and tradition of the League.

Since 2019, Serhiy Kilburt has been a valuable partner of Real Fight Promotion (RFP), supplying the League with premium sports gear and equipment through his brand, PERESVIT. As the Founder and CEO of this leading Ukrainian sportswear company, Serhiy has played a key role in elevating the professionalism and visual appeal of RFP events. His high-quality products not only enhance the performance of athletes but also contribute to the League’s reputation for excellence and attention to detail on the global MMA stage.

Since 2016, Cai Caslavinieri has been a key creative partner of Real Fight Promotion (RFP), producing impactful promotional videos, posters, and original music for the League’s tournaments. His innovative work has helped elevate RFP’s presence on the global MMA stage, giving the League a distinctive and dynamic image. As the Founder and CEO of Caslavinieri Media, Cai brings a wealth of creative expertise to his projects. A renowned documentarian, musician, composer, and artist, he has won numerous awards and is also recognized for his groundbreaking work in robotics and artificial intelligence.
